Lady and her owl.

This lady and her pet-owl have a mystical bond. The lady is a doll by Theresa Glisson, dressed and wigged by me. The white owl is made by Irmi  from Miniarche. In the background you see my miniature interpretation of Robin Hood, his (working) longbow is made by Niko Macura.

    besitos ascension

  4. La figura de la dama es fantastica y tú la has vestido muy bien. El corse tan ajustado debe ser muy dificil hacerlo. Has elegido unas telas espectaculares.
    Me encanta.
    Besos Clara

  5. Very beautiful, Margot! The details are wonderful! Her necklace is so tiny and delicate! How did you make that? The medieval costumes are not common for dolls these days, so I enjoy seeing your version. And your Robin Hood looks just like Errol Flynn!
And I love the owl too!

  6. many thanks Heleni,Robin,Ascension,Clara and Daydreamer for your great comments!

I made the necklace from a metal finding,on top I glued a jewel ,and I bound a piece of metallic sewingthread to it and glued it in the back of the neck of the doll, I used ModPodge for glue.

  7. AMAZING!!! Both lady and owls are gorgeous. What a beautiful costume too. Loved it! Smiles~

  8. Preciosos personajes y el buho muy perfecto, es sensacional el conjunto.
